Some times the situations we look for on patrol start the minute we literally walk out the HQ doors, this guy was digging in a sewer drain with a broken syringe.

Just a few blocks away a guy was so oblivious to what was going on around him that we walked right up on him as he was getting ready to put crack in his pipe.

We always have the tail watching our backs but even then we periodically check on them as well.

We all support each other and stand strong together.

We go all over the city, Mission, Haight, TL, SOMA, Castro here were in Fillmore/Japan Town.

And we always make sure everyone gets home safe and feeling proud of what we do.

We started our patrol right away in the hot zone of the Tenderloin District,  Turk and Taylor,  upon approach we discovered that SFPD had already been in the area running the local riff raff off the streets, so we made our way a few blocks up where the TL has  literally a street bordering the Swanky hotels and clubs on one side parallel  to the seedy underbelly of drugs and crime on the other.

This gentleman saw us posted up waiting for orders from our Patrol Leader,  who is also Second in Command of the San Francisco Chapter- Bobcat.  He approached Staff Sargent Frisco and asked how he could start an Oklahoma chapter , after a few moments of conversation he gave the man information on who to look for (Third Rail and Curtis) and contact them for further info.

We found a rats nest of crack cocaine smokers in this door way 7 people all smoking crack out in the open as if it was  a cigeret break, we posted up and after some foul names were given to us we just stood there silently and they eventually left the area.

Bobcat after giving the instructions to follow his lead,  do not speak, do not stare, watch your partner and surroundings and after the areas clear we will move on to the next spot.

We've been out looking for a missing person for the last few patrols that we have been on as well as the common practice of let our presence be known, deterring crime, talking to the public as well as give aid where needed, and as you can see we in SFGA keep a tight formation and carry ourselves with pride and respect, this is our city, our home and we love it, we have sworn to be of service within our ability any way we can.

They spotted a homeless woman screaming and yelling as she walked down the street, there are times when one must make a difficult decision on whether or not the person maybe on drugs or suffering from mental illness and how to address said situation, but it was obvious, as it is to often seen that this particular case, it was the later , its heartbreaking to see people who cannot help themselves, have been abandoned or become the next targets of victimization  and so that is why we are here, when no one else will, we dare to care.

Some one either left there car trunk open or it was broken into. Local residents said its been that way for over 20 mins we closed the trunk to prevent anyone from thinking about stealing anything of value that may have been left inside.

Residents of an apartment building super excited and feeling comforted to see our presence in the TL, they had so many questions and compliments we had to be selective of our answers because of time needing to be utilized to its fullest advantage this evening

A business owner and his young daughter thanking us and  saying how happy he  is to see the Guardian Angels  patrolling the streets, too bad we cant run a day and night patrol we'd really clean house out here, but unfortunately we can only do so much, some GA's have Day Jobs, Children and School, but when our boots hit the street, were here for to make a difference.

Liberty, Raven and Mustang posted up down on Powell Street.

Frisco and M&M taking point on Market and Powell.

Bobcat checking in with everyone asking how we want to take the team home so many spots even on our way to HQ.

Doing a patrol In the Chinatown/North Beach District. The night started off with us finding a guy shooting up Heroin on the steps of the Old Mint building.
One of the residents of Chinatown very happy to see us out in his neighborhood.

Japanese tourists very happy to see a familiar sight.

One of the North Beach locals asking how he can be of help to the San Francisco Guardian Angels ( JOIN!).

This nice woman was very excited to see us, she asked for information on how to donate to us, well its simple, BE SURE ANYTIME YOU WANT TO DONATE TO YOUR LOCAL GUARDIAN ANGELS CHAPTER, TO WRITE THE NAME OF THAT CHAPTER ON THE DONATION, FOR EXAMPLE OURS IS THE "SAN FRANCISCO GUARDIAN ANGELS", IF YOU WERE MAKING A DONATION TO US, THAT'S HOW IT WOULD BE WRITTEN. donations for the San Francisco Guardian Angels Chapter goes into rent for our HQ, money for a small meal while on patrol, new handcuffs, T-Shirts uniforms and berets as well as first aid and self defense training, we don't get paid to do this its all volunteer work, and we never carry weapons,so your donations help us to keep our chapter thriving.

This gentlemen used to be a California coordinator for the Guardian Angels, he was a very serious fellow, he looked each one of us in the eyes and said, "Be safe out here, thank you for what you do.".

This couple begged us for a photo opportunity, hey if you see us, just ask, we love your support, and we love our city.

These two wanted us to know how valiant and noble we look and were very happy to take a photo with Frisco

Tonight's Patrol will be lead by Frisco, he prefers to do the oath first.

Tonight we will do SOMA to Mission all on foot.

Bobcat and Frisco.

We found a guy trying to talk this drunk woman into smoking crack with him , Lobo and Matador ran him off , at the  time we had no idea just how drunk she was. She stood up to walk away and fell flat on her back almost cracking her skull open, we told her just relax and we would call a shelter van to come help her but she freaked out and ran into traffic, Skull went after her they nearly got hit by a trash truck, Frisco ran out to assist and they determined it best to hand cuff her and call P.D. when the police arrived they told us we did a great job and would make sure she got somewhere safe. What a way to start the night.

Bobcat waiting on P.D.

We found a lot of broken bottles that could be potential weapons.

111th and Harrison.

Bobcat watching a suspicious crowd across the street.

And now were making our way down Division Street in SOMA about to hit Mission District.

Under the freeway.

Lots of homeless encampments down this way.

we have arrived at Skulls Dugout, lobo is holding a bag of sharp objects and glass bottles we discovered.

Looking for needles.

We spoke to a homeless woman who said a dead body was recently found back here, we will be back more often.

We hit 16th and found Mission street blocked off by police, looks like we missed the action.

Never the less we still check the alley ways because in the Mission Just like the Tenderloin, there's always something going on somewhere.

Lobo creeping up on some one who is trespassing.

We headed up to Guerrero in the 20s theres been reports of assaults with bats and robbery's lately in this specific area.

Finally 24th and Mission. Frisco calls Lion to touch base, Angel One, this pics for you buddy.
